On-Ramp: Prior to making any type of commitment, we want you to experience our workouts, coaching and gym environment first-hand. Our Free Trial Classes are offered by appointment only. Please notify us ahead of time via phone call or email to schedule your Trial Class. (Will@crossfitforcefield.com)

• Meet our coaches and get familiar with our workout environment

• Learn how we can modify all of our workouts to any fitness level

• Try a workout first-hand (optional)

• Ask questions about how the program works, membership options, our On-Ramp Program and anything else on your mind!

 

OLYMPIC LIFTING Tuesdays at 6:30PM
FREE for members. 

SWEAT: Saturday's at 9:00am. This is an additional class we offer that varies from our normal CrossFit classes. This class is 40-minute cardio- and core-intensive workouts that doesn’t require any prior CrossFit experience. This class focuses on dumbbell, kettlebell , cardio, and bodyweight movements.
