CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. 

CrossFit combines strength training, speed training, Olympic weight lifting, kettle bells, body weight exercises, gymnastics, and endurance exercise. It involves the whole body and includes pushing, pulling, running, rowing, and squatting. Our workouts typically combine explosive exercises done in a circuit format: One exercise follows right after the next, with very little rest in between By doing this, CrossFit targets what it calls the major components of physical fitness: cardiorespiratory fitness, stamina, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
