CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion marital artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. And yet, the CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don't change programs.

CrossFit combines strength training, speed training, Olympic weight lifting, kettlebells, body weight exercise, gymnastics, and endurance exercise. It involves the whole body and includes pushing, pulling, running, rowing, and squatting. Our workouts typically combine explosive exercises done in a circuit format: one exercise follows right after the next, with very little rest in between. By doing this, CrossFit targets what it calls the major components of physical fitness: cardiorespiratory fitness, stamina, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.

Interested in trying us out?  Every Tuesday at and Thursday at 6:15 pm, we take you through the essential movements used in CrossFit, answer any questions you may have about the program and put you through a short, intense workout to give you a taste of what we do.
